The typical anime is annoying now.

Ok since someone had the Idea to create an anime that had one guy and several girls chasing after him, a whole lot of that has come out. It was funny at first, but now, its just annoying. Its harder and harder to find good quality anime(not on adult swim or toonami jetstream) that isn't about this crappy type anymore.(I think its the typical japanese mans dream .)
.)The only person who can fix Giant Robots with gum and duct-tape.

Try out Death Note. It's not the typical "Ninja-super-sayian-power-beam-mystical-ancient-power" anime.
