I just had an idea, can my charecter maybe be like Jenkins in The Menagerie? 2 in one?

I made my charecter. Am I allowed to start playing right away or do I need to wait for conformation?

Nope! You can start playing right away! The only diference is weather someone else is on to play too.(But that's the same as the Menagerie.)
