Permanent Flight
Blackhawk is considered to have a height of 8 over all terrain. Ground effects do not affect Blackhawk, Nor does height.

Land/Carry
If on a series of spaces large enough, Blackhawk may be removed from it's base, and placed on the ground, where it may load or unload up to 10 small or medium figures. At this time, it may not move, and must remain on the ground for at least 1 active turn before being able to use Permanent Flight again. Blackhawk may carry Glyphs.

As a note, the blackhawk is very powerful when loaded with ranged figures.

Cool fig! Although, I think it may be a bit too high priced.

Load with Tagawa Archers and kaemon.

Ouch! How'd it do in the game/games? Sounds like it might be fun, but you might make it have lower attack/defense. And what happens if the Helicopter is destroyed in the air with figures in it? Do they die?
