This feature is just for fun. Adding points to people for making a hillarious joke or a good post.
Subtracting them generally for being rude or posting badly.

Yeah. I just changed the limit to once an hour. The system forces it to br within ours so I made it the quickest possible, 1.

When I give Karma to someone, The Plus/Minus signs go away until a certain time. I'm not sure of the time limit though.

Ok. I'm just trying to have it be less than an hour but not unlimited. (Since it would let you re-karma someone unlike how scapers makes you spread it)
