Okay, so ten years ago when Pokemon was just getting popular, the very first holo card I got was the priginal base-set Charizard, followed by Venusaur. Not long after that, I got yet another Charizard. I continued getting them; at one point, I owned a deck that contained 4 complete evolutions of Charmander, plus a 5th that was not legally allowed my deck (4 copies is the max) That deck was then stolen (or "lost" in the words of the thief), and at that point, I quit playing, and gave the remainder of my cards to my youngest (at the time; he's now the second youngest) cousin. He eventually traded my fifth and final Charizard to a kid he went to school with for god knows what.

That's 5 Charizards.

About a month ago, I got hit by a really strong urge to relive the 90's, and since I had some money lying around, I splurged and bout a factory-sealed case of Base Set 1 pokemon cards (the first set that was released here in the US), and acquired my 6th Charizard. Tonight, I decided to buy 2 more single packs, and now own 2 Charizards (bring my total ever owned up to 7).

I don't think I ever had a Blastoise card either...it's been ages since I last saw my cards.

I got 1 of these in one of thise tins last year.

Still never had a base set one though.

Got it at a garage sale in a pack of a bunch of other cards for 75 cents.

My brother kept all his very rare cars and has I believe 6 Ancient mews in his possession. I used to have 5 Charizards, but I traded or sold them all off for ridiculous amounts. Low amounts.

Mine's also fake, actually.

The cardboard was too think, and the plastic coating was peeling slightly. And it had an odd line running down the back of the card... I was told it was a display card, worth nothing.

Though I did look them up on ebay before I knew that, thinking if a single Magic card can go for $500, I should at least get $50 for a super-rare Pokemon card!

The highest price one on ebay was $2, no bids, ending very soon. I gave up that idea rather quickly.

I got mine in a pack that was in with a bundle of 5 comics for $5. I couldn't believe it was in it so I bought it. It seems a bit thick and very.. I don't know how to put it, waxy on the front. It feels like the card's been waxed or something.

I checked them out on eBay too and saw the same. The Charizard EX card I have was selling for over $100 when I first got it.

Nope. Only one. The first Charizard I got cost me almost $150, because I bought a case of 36 cards, so that one is NOT being traded under no circumstances.

Ancient Mew can't be used anyway...unless you can read text that is in no language translator at all.
