I don't often read but....I really like the Warriors series, Eragon, and a book about a werewolf I read about a year ago....

Read Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. It's about this 13 year old dude who learns he's the son of Poseidon. But like, it's in the current time. And there's a lot more stuff that happens that I can't say because it would ruin the story! It's so awesome! Read: The Lightning Thief, The Sea of Monsters, The Titan's Curse and The Battle of the Labyrinth. It's my favorite series!
